Book Your First Visit

Choose one of our available new patient appointment slots from the calendar below. These slots are outside of our adjusting hours so we can give you our full attention. You'll receive an email confirmation and text reminders leading up to your visit. Don't forget to fill out your intake paperwork ahead of time!

New Patient Appointment

Your first visit will last 60-90 minutes. It will include a deep dive consultation with Dr. David, a comprehensive exam, X-Rays (for our eligible patients) and Insight Scans.

Report of Findings

On your second visit Dr. David will present his clinical recommendations & a personalized care plan based on your unique story, goals, Insight Scans and X-Rays. You'll also be presented with a detailed payment plan and multiple payment options.

Get Started

You'll receive your first adjustment at your second visit and we'll build your schedule with our Care Advocates! You'll have regular progress assessments with new Insight Scans to ensure you're on track to reaching your goals!

DEEP DIVE CONSULTATION

We will take a deep dive into the health challenges that are affecting your life.

EXAM

& X-RAYS

Includes an assessment of your Neurospinal health & X-Rays so we can see exactly what is going on.

INSIGHT

SCANS

Three scans that give us a better look at stress, noise & imbalance in your nervous system.

REPORT OF FINDINGS

Dr. David will personally review your evaluation and make recommendations for care.

  • Can I bring a friend?
    Absolutely! We encourage you to bring a friend or family member with you to share this experience. If you know of anyone who's in a similar position, we would love for you to bring them.
  • Is there food provided?
    We will have some fun treats, sip some delicious tea, have fun raffles with free baby + momma goodies, and empower you with the knowledge for your best pregnancy and beyond!
  • What if I know nothing about chiropractic?
    Not a problem AT ALL! We have presented this workshop to thousands of families, many of which were new to the concepts discussed during this workshop! We share case studies, stories and examples to help you and get the answers you need as you’re on this journey.
  • What payment options do you have?
    During your second visit, Dr. David will go over all of your findings and a customized care plan for you. Based on your care plan, we will put together a detailed receipt of payment plans which will include a pay-in-full, monthly payment and pay-per-visit option. Each options have varying self-pay discounts attached. None of our payment are options are "subscriptions," you will only pay for the services you received and can cancel for a refund of all unused funds at any time.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    We are currently in network with United, Medicare and some BCBS policies. We always do a complimentary benefits check during your first visit if you desire to use insurance. However the majority of our patients are self-pay and enjoy great discounts that we offer in our office! It is helpful to understand that insurance only covers chiropractic care for musculoskeletal complaints associated with the spine (pain, stiffness, etc.). If you are seeking out care for different reasons, that would be considered non-covered care regardless of if we are in network with your insurance! Lastly, it's also important to know that finding an office that does utilize your insurance does not always equate to the most affordability for you. It all depends on the services that are recommended to reach your health goals. More/other services from an in-network office may land you with a bigger bill than different services from an out-of-network office.   • Are there family discounts?
    Yes! We do offer discounts when multiple family members are under care. We hope to make care accessible and affordable for families! Ask about them during your visit or give us a call!
  • Can I bring my kids along with me during my visit?
    Yes! In fact, we encourage it. Our lobby has toys for kids so that your whole family can feel at home. Max, our office Golden, loves babies and will gladly accept pets and keep your little ones company.

STROKE & PARALYSIS
